I am a marketing specialist with 10 years of experience, but I can not find a job in marketing in London?

I arrival three years ago in London and in all these three years I was looking for a difficult position for commercialization. I have 10 years experience in marketing (Lithuania) 2 master (marketing and human resources), I can speak five languages, my resume is really good. Its all normal to get a job, but I can not! Working as a waiter for 2 years and really feel I just lost my experiences. I went to many interviews, but does the employee I say I'm too qualified or my accent is strong and so on.
